The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting HandmadeNewsletter.com's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to HandmadeNewsletter.com. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the service we are providing you when you use HandmadeNewsletter.com. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose any information we collect from you at any time or in any manner to outside parties unless Etsy requires us to. By signing up for HandmadeNewsletter.com you understand that you may occasionally receive emails about HandmadeNewsletter.com or any of our other products or services for informational purposes.
Payment is automatically deducted from your Paypal account on your subscription renewal date. If you sign up for a monthly subscription, a payment will automatically be deducted every month. If you sign up for a yearly subscription, a payment will be deducted every year. If a payment cannot be deducted for any reason on your scheduled date (lack of funds, termination of Paypal account, etc.) your HandmadeNewsletter.com subscription will be temporarily suspended until payment is made.
If signing up with a free trial your trial will expire one week from your signup date and your Paypal account will automatically be charged. If you wish to cancel without being charged you must cancel before your weeks trial has expired.
You can change your subscription payment schedule from monthly to yearly at any time by cancelling your monthly subscription and signing up again for a yearly subscription. Any subscriber contact information will be saved for you and will be reinstated into your account as long as you sign up again within 2 months of cancelling.
We reserve the right to delay the opening of a HandmadeNewsletter.com account for up to one week if you check out with an e-check so that we can make sure it is properly processed.
You can cancel your HandmadeNewsletter.com account at any time and for any reason by modifying your subscription within Paypal. We cannot cancel your account on your behalf, you must go through Paypal If you have any questions on how to do it please contact Paypal directly and they can walk you through.
If you are cancelling your account remember to download any subscriber information within your account before cancelling, you will not be able to access it again once you have cancelled and we cannot access it for you. If you resign up for HandmadeNewsletter.com within 2 months of cancelling all of your previous data will be restored into your account. If you resign up after 2 months of cancelling there is a chance your information will not be saved.
If you no longer wish to use our service you must officially cancel your subscription within your Paypal account, no refunds will be given if you forget to cancel the subscription or did not cancel it properly. We do not prorate membership fees, if you cancel in the middle of your subscription, a refund will not be given for time not used.
If signing up with a free trial you must remember to cancel before your trial period has ended to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be given if you do not wish to continue but forgot to cancel your trial.
If your account is terminated by us for any reason, a refund will not be given for time remaining.
A refund will not be given to accounts based on lack of subscribers.
We offer our clients a referral payment of $2 per qualified referral. A qualified referral is defined by the following:
Signing people up for your newsletter without their permission is considered spam. We will be monitoring the number of people who unsubscribe from your newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe button in their welcome emails. We reserve the right to terminate any accounts that have a high unsubscribe rate.
HandmadeNewsletter.com cannot guarantee that you will gain subscribers to your newsletter by using our tool. We are not responsible for driving traffic to your page. We have outlined our recommendations for gaining subscribers in the FAQ on our website.
HandmadeNewsletter.com reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
